What happens if my GPS doesn’t work or fails mid virtual event?

It is important that you check your device being used to record your time and distance in the days leading up to ensure it is functioning correctly. Please also ensure before you start your virtual event that your devise is fully charged.

Unfortunately, if your device fails or doesn’t work you will be unable to upload a supporting image of the distance + time for us to verify your result.
