How do I change my event?

A $10 admin fee will be charged for all upgrade / downgrade requests. This will be charged on top of the price different for upgrades, the price difference will not be refunded for downgrades.

Please follow the instructions below to process your event change.

 

CHANGES MADE BEFORE 11:59PM, 16 MAY 2024

• Log into your www.myevents.active.com account
• Find your Great Ocean Road Running Festival registration and select “change category”.
• Follow prompts to change event. 
  Please note, a $10 fee will be charged to process your change. 

 

EVENT CHANGES MADE AFTER 11:59pm, 16 MAY 2024

You may apply to change races only by attending the Event Race Office (with my Event race pack) on Friday 16th May or Saturday 17 May 2024.

If you are able to change your event at the Race Week Office, you will not receive any refund of your original Event entry fee. No changes will be permitted after the Event Race Office has closed on Saturday 17 May 2024.

If the event you want to downgrade into is sold out, you will need to email [e-mail] or visit either race week office.
